  2. Technical Support Request: This involves remote consultation to address technical issues and routine and non-routine maintenance for the customer (see contract). The processing is lawful as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of precontractual measures taken at the data subject’s request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
  3. Job Application: This involves the processing of data provided in the application, the management of the interview, storage in the candidate database, and potential hiring. This processing is lawful as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679.   4. Request for Collaboration (Partnership): This involves analyzing and managing the commercial partnership in accordance with its terms and conditions, which may result in a contract. If the proposal is not accepted, personal data will be deleted. The processing is lawful as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
  5. Contact via WhatsApp: This service is used to supplement points a, b, and d (contact with the candidate via WhatsApp is excluded). It involves handling the request based on its nature, as already outlined in the respective points mentioned above. The processing is lawful as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of precontractual measures taken at the data subject’s request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
  6. Marketing or promotional purposes arising from the handling of the phone call are excluded in all of the ways listed above.

  • This involves processing the request in accordance with its nature, as can be inferred from the relevant points mentioned above. The processing is lawful because it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of precontractual measures taken at the data subject’s request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679.

  • The processing activities described above are carried out both electronically and on paper. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties, acting as data processors, appointed in accordance with Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, if the established business relationship requires the collaboration of one or more business partners for product delivery, support, and maintenance.
