Conservation of fruits and vegetables is traditionally and correctly defined as “industrialized”, or in any case big sized in terms of storage capacity.
For certain niche products on having different needs in terms of quantity and economic value, Marvil has designed a targeted conservation method: “CA Pallets”.
This is a development of technology that allows to better partition small fruits in single pallets, to deliver them individually to the marketplace at suitable times, keeping products in excellent organoleptic conditions and at the same time solving well known problems.
The design and construction solutions adopted allow to easily and safely control individual products, and simplify and speed up movements to the advantage of logistics.
It will be possible to differentiate quantities of product for the conservation in single C.A. Pallets, without jeopardizing their correct functioning.
Today conservation is no longer a problem, it is the solution!
Best solution for small fruits in general (strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, blackberries and currants), but also for products coming in small batches, such as cherries, apricots, plums, etc.
